Shipping, returns & privacy

Shipping

• Orders ship to addresses in the United States.
• Planners ship within 3–5 business days. You'll receive an email with tracking when your order ships.
• Shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
• Ordering 10 or more copies? Request bulk pricing for custom shipping.

Returns and damaged copies

• If your planner arrives damaged or has a printing defect, contact us within 30 days and we'll send a replacement at no cost.
• Unused, unmarked planners can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.
• Because the planner is a personal writing tool, we can't accept returns of copies that have been written in.

Payments and sales tax

• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
• Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

Privacy

• When you order, we receive your name, email, and shipping address so we can fulfill your order.
• When you use a form on this site, we receive the information you enter so we can reply.
• We don't sell or share your information, and we only email you about your order or request, or if you asked to be notified.
• The planner itself is yours. Nothing you write in it is ever collected.
