Built from lived experience.

Roxanne Stegall is a Certified Peer Specialist and lived-experience advocate in Georgia's behavioral health community. She speaks openly about her own recovery and brings that story into her work with peers, programs, and young people, including presentations to justice-impacted youth through programs with the Georgia Public Defenders Council.

The Peer Planner grew from a simple question peers hear all the time: what do you want to work on? Roxanne designed the planner to make that question easier to answer, one day and one focus at a time, in language that sounds like a peer and not a chart note.

She is also the founder of Stegall Creative Studio LLC, the Atlanta-area creative studio that designs and publishes The Peer Planner.

Why she made it

A planner that treats the person as the expert

Most planners assume a steady life. Most recovery workbooks assume a clinician is in the room. Roxanne wanted something in between: a daily tool that offers real structure early on, then steps back as the person grows more confident in running their own days.

Every page follows the same peer support values she practices: the person owns the planner, setbacks are information, and asking for help is a skill worth building.
